About Me
Objective
I strive to fearlessly create a learning environment that engages my learners. An environment that allows them to access their prior knowledge, share it with their peers, and build upon that knowledge in the classroom. I do so with the ability to alter my strategy based on domestic and global learning environments. My hope is that my delivery will inspire action and self motivation, and use their passion to provide a world-class service to the people whom they serve.
My 30 Day Plan
I have developed a conceptual plan for my first 30 days in my role. It includes time spent introducing myself to my Peers and key Stakeholders, time dedicated to research and observation, and time for practice and integration.
Living Passionately
Outside of the office, I am happily married with a family that consists of my wife and two adorable puppies. I am an avid video gamer. My favorite games involve team-based communication, planning and execution; I feel like it translates well to the workplace. I also enjoy playing guitar and writing music when my mood calls for it.
