Meet with applicable stakeholders to introduce myself, and get their perspective on rollouts of ILT's and Leadership training
Create Timeline for onboarding and skilling up to facilitate content
Research certification process for teaching leadership classes like Crucial Conversations and Situational Leadership.
Create Trello Board with all necessary tasks to be completed in the first 30 days.
First 20 Days
Create iPlans for highest priority trainings
If available, observe applicable facilitation delivered by a peer
If not, meet with an available LP3 or Gerry to conduct a train the trainer and set up meeting for a role play scenario to deliver a sample piece of applicable content.
Enroll in certification program for Crucial Conversations and/or Situational Leadership
Audit the training materials in SharePoint and work with other LP3's to gather data on what is accurate and what needs to be updated
First 30 Days
If available, deliver content through co-facilitation with a peer
Peer will do 25% of the facilitation, me 75%, and they will be responsible for collecting and delivering feedback.
If not available, deliver role play activity to facilitate content with available LP's to practice.
Meet with Gerry regarding feedback for role play scenarios and get approval to teach my first ILT and/or Leadership training.
Meet with peers to discuss updates to the training materials, storyboard the updates and assign roles to each LP3.
Beyond 30 Days
Work with Peers, Stakeholders and Gerry Gonzalez to set expectations for the future.
